In the years since opening Healing Touch “L” Boston Reiki, Lillie has specialized in helping people feel emotionally, mentally, and physically better through the assisted meditative state of Reiki — focusing on constructive and energetically nourishing paths forward. She is also a public school teacher, and enjoys fostering numerous types of education.
What to Expect at Our Reiki Shares
Upon booking your Boston Reiki Share spot through the easy online portal, you will be sent information about location, what to bring, and how to effectively participate. The gatherings are two hours long, and generally run from 12:30pm – 2:30pm in Jamaica Plain, Boston, MA.
During the Reiki Share itself, we will begin with an opening circle to introduce ourselves, set intentions, and answer any questions about our energy work practice. Then we will move into a guided meditation to recenter and reenergize, then do a full hour of hands-on practice giving and receiving Reiki. We will then close with a reflective circle. Not only will you grow your own energy work skills during this Reiki Share, but you also will enjoy the benefit of receiving relaxing touch for stress relief, and will connect with kind, likeminded people.
